Shift-Based Position
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Food Science, Meat Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology Engineering, Food Engineering, or a related discipline)
Minimum one year of experience in the food industry Knowledge of Food Safety, GMP, HACCP, 22000, IFS, BRC
Responsibilities: Review tests and analyses Ensure product quality meets specifications Conduct taste panels for key accounts and communicate reports Prepare samples for visits, marketing, and potential customers Handle Key Accounts Requests Deliver refresher food safety and GMP training for employees Accompany customers and 3rd party auditors on field audits, inspections, and quality monitoring Attend annual customer meetings, industry events, and continuing education classes
