Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the creation and management of the new product development pipeline portfolio.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive the Customer to Concept process, ensuring the successful introduction of innovative products to the market.
• Identify strategic marketing opportunities through comprehensive analysis of market share, competitor positioning, and product market dynamics.
• Provide leadership and support for the design, development, refinement, and implementation of products by initiating consumer-centric research.
• Innovate and develop new products tailored to meet consumer needs; conduct research to gauge consumer acceptance and collaborate with production for process improvements.
• Prioritize new concepts/products throughout the development process, including formula and costing creation, and customer/market testing.
