Job Description:
Britannia Dairy in Ranjangaon, Pune, is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Shift In Charge to oversee operations related to LMP, Curd, and Butter/Ghee production. As a Shift In Charge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our dairy operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of SCADA & Process: The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of SCADA systems and the production process involved in dairy operations.
2. Team Management: Ability to effectively manage and direct teams according to daily production planning and requirements.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for effective coordination and troubleshoot ing on the shop floor.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the dairy industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in SCADA systems and process management.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting abilities to address operational issues promptly.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
