Job Title: Online QC Executive

Location: PepsiCo Kosi, Uttar Pradesh, India

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated Online QC Executive to join our team at PepsiCo in Kosi, Uttar Pradesh. As an Online QC Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards of our products through meticulous online quality control checks and finished product inspections.

Responsibilities:

Implementing and maintaining quality control systems/standards for processes, physical systems, and the environment.
Troubleshooting during online production to minimize wastage and ensure product quality.
Maintaining GMP, GHK, GLP, and conducting internal/external audits (HACCP, AIB, Personal Hygiene, Process audit).
Root cause and failure analysis for quality defects, and implementing corrective actions.

Key Duties:

Conducting COOK Test for fried potato samples, checking factors like undesirable color, internal defects, greening percentage, etc.
Providing status reports to the Agro Department, indicating the number of pickers needed for specific lots.
Conducting regular Cook’s Tests for stored potatoes in warehouses.
Performing online quality checks in the process area to ensure adherence to FLI quality standards.
Conducting visual inspections and ensuring key operating parameters of machines are within specified ranges.
Recording dwell time, checking seasoning levels, and conducting analytical tests.
Monitoring fryer oil utilization and conducting checks on oil quality.
Taking corrective actions based on test results and providing feedback to operators.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
3 to 5 years of experience with exposure to food safety systems and ISO systems.

Preferably, knowledge of HACCP/AIB and TPM.
