Job Details:

• Designation: Purchase & Stores In Charge
• Posts Available: 3
• Experience: 3 years and above
• Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation
• Salary: Best in Industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Purchase Management:

• Identify and source quality suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement budgets.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials.

1. Inventory Control:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production demands.
• Implement inventory tracking systems to avoid discrepancies.

1. Store Operations:

• Manage store personnel and assign daily tasks.
• Ensure the maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase orders as needed.

1. Vendor Relations:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
• Address any issues with supplier deliveries and resolve conflicts.
• Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements.

1. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, procurement activities, and store performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and activities.
