Specialization: Indian curry background
Location: Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai
Requirements: Bulk cooking experience is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute bulk cooking operations for multiple locations within the designated city clusters.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient and high-quality food production.
- Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and portion sizes across all dishes.
- Implement food safety and sanitation standards to comply with regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source quality ingredients at competitive prices.
- Adapt recipes and menus to cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
