Number of Positions: 01.
Essential Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech. in Dairy/Food Technology or Equivalent.
Industry Experience: Minimum 7 to 8 years in Dairy & Food industry.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Proficient in production, processing, and packing activities of RTD Juice & Beverage products.
- Efficiently utilize available resources, machinery, and manpower.
- Sound knowledge of Food & Beverage product and process industry equipment.
- Familiarity with Batch Preparation, Sterilizer, Bottle Filling Machine, Cooling tunnel, Sleeve applicator machine, Shrink wrapping machine, and other distributing equipment.
- Ensure proper arrangement of stocks & Good Warehousing Practices.
- Well-versed in HACCP GMP, and Food & Human Safety.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ensure necessary daily communication with other associate’s section.
Location: Vadodara (Gujarat).
Salary: As per industry standard (Negotiable).
