Roles & Responsibilities:
- Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in products such as blended spices, pickles, RTC (Ready-to-Cook), RTE (Ready-to-Eat), and paste.
- Product recipe formulation, setting of process parameters, and conducting shelf-life studies for NPD.
- Process development for new products and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for products.
- Focus on upgrading and updating existing products.
- Drive expansion into new offerings.
- Develop a competitively superior product portfolio.
- Tailor product formulations to suit consumer preferences.
- Setting up R&D lab facilities.
