Executive – Bread Production

Responsibilities:
- Heading and execution of daily operational tasks of production.
- Regular monitoring of outcomes of plants, manpower management, productivity, and production targets.
- Focus on quality targets, identification of violations, and implementation of corrective actions.
- Execution of controlled planning of raw materials/packaging materials as per production plan.
- Setup of SOPs for manufacturing, inspection, quality assurance, safety, and hygiene.
- Required Experience: 4 to 6 years
- Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
- Salary: Negotiable
