Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and retailers
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory
- Identify new business opportunities and implement sales strategies to drive growth
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to capitalize on market opportunities
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs and preferences
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the Food/FMCG industry
- Graduation in any field
- Strong sales acumen and customer service skills
