Operation / Non Quality Control & Monitoring Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of product/service delivery.
- Monitor and analyze processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess performance and address any deviations from quality standards.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control measures and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
