Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and checklists to ensure the availability of machines, helping us achieve our productivity goals.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work with external parties, ensuring the timely procurement of required spares.
- Optimize and maintain an inventory of critical spare parts to minimize downtime.
- Close safety and food safety audit points on time, adhering to HACCP requirements.
- Prepare budgets and finalize Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for critical machines.
- Control cost targets within budgets, tracking maintenance and repair (M&R), power, water, and HSD costs.
- Develop daily reports for cost tracking and the maintenance of M&R, power, water, and operation time.
- Demonstrate effective cost management skills, including vendor management, negotiation, and spare management.
- Follow shutdown procedures, including cleaning and tracking equipment condition.
