Immediate Requirement: We are actively seeking talented individuals for the positions of Executive and Senior Executive in our Purchase Department.
Location: New Delhi
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Graduate or Post Graduate
- Experience: 1-3 years
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Tally
- Understanding of Accounting
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of quality materials.
- Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
- Cost Control: Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and savings.
