Role: Brand Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Requirements:
- Experience in Food Consumables and FMCG companies
- Must have experience in New Product Development (NPD)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth and market share
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development
- Lead the development of new product concepts and manage the NPD process from ideation to launch
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts
- Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, distributors, and retail partners
