Job Description:
- Milk procurement: Manage the sourcing and procurement of milk from local dairy farms or suppliers, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Sales planning: Develop strategies to enhance sales of dairy products, including market analysis, customer segmentation, and sales forecasting.
- Production planning: Coordinate with production teams to optimize dairy product manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet demand while minimizing waste.
- Supplier Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with milk suppliers and other vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and logistics to achieve business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
