Immediate Requirement: We are actively seeking talented individuals for the positions of Executive and Senior Executive in our Purchase Department.

Location: New Delhi

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience: 1-3 years

Essential Skills:

Proficiency in MS Excel
Knowledge of Tally
Understanding of Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of quality materials.
Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking.
Cost Control: Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Reporting: Generate regular reports on purchasing activities, expenditures, and savings.
