Position: QC Executive – Microbiologist
Education: MSc in Microbiology
Experience: 3 to 5 years in the Food Processing Industry
Location: Jamnagar, Gujarat
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine microbiological tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and protocols.
- Investigate and resolve any microbiological quality issues.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed records of all tests and inspections.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to improve product quality and safety.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure hygiene and sanitation practices are followed.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on microbiological testing procedures.
