Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Food Technology OR
Master’s in Food Technology

Location: Pokhara

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the production department.
Ensure that production processes meet quality and safety standards.
Manage and train production staff to achieve production goals.
Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product quality.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Implement and maintain health and safety procedures.
