Position: Area Manager
Location: Vijayawada
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 8-10 years’ prior industry experience in Sales & Operations
Job Role:
- Assist Regional Business Head in analyzing, identifying, and recommending solutions to problem statements based on data analytics, trends, and P&L of the Business.
- Track the AOP numbers and suggest interventions at the right time.
- Work closely with the business leaders in understanding the requirements of their functions.
- Create dashboards using MS Excel, present the findings to the management, and identify areas of improvement.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales and operations professionals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with other departments to coordinate initiatives and projects.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Preferred:
- Experience in analytics and data presentation.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Experience in managing Quick Commerce business operations & Sales.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel to different locations in Vijayawada.
