Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute below-the-line (BTL) marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Plan and coordinate on-ground activations, events, and promotional campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of BTL activities within budget and timelines.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of BTL initiatives, tracking key metrics and providing actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and local communities, to support successful activation initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in BTL marketing to drive innovation and maintain competitiveness.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in BTL activation roles.
Locations: Bangalore and Delhi.
Preferred Background: Candidates from FMCG or D2C companies.
