Job Location:
- Kathua, Jammu & Kashmir
Qualifications:
- BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the industry
Industry Preference:
- Candidates with experience in the ice cream industry and dairy industry are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day plant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Maintenance Supervision: Manage and maintain plant equipment and machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure product standards are met consistently.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the plant team to achieve production targets and maintain high standards of work.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to improve plant performance.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on plant performance, maintenance activities, and production metrics.
