We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team for the following positions:

Assistant Manager Production

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Noodle Industry
Salary: Negotiable
Qualification: B.Tech/ M.Tech in Food Technology
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with the production team to optimize processes and minimize waste.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures.
- Supervise and train production staff to maintain high levels of productivity.

Assistant Manager Maintenance

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Noodle Industry
Salary: Negotiable
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance standards and regulations.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and provide technical guidance as needed.

Quality Shift Incharge

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Noodle Industry
Salary: Negotiable
Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections and audits during production shifts.
- Monitor adherence to quality control procedures and standards.
- Investigate and address any quality-related issues or complaints.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to implement corrective actions.

Operational Excellence Lead

Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: 25k to 30k

Qualification: B.E. /B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with Six Sigma
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement operational excellence initiatives.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Train and mentor team members on Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Mechanical Foreman

Experience: Minimum 5 years in the Noodle Industry
Salary: Negotiable
Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Supervise maintenance and repair activities for mechanical equipment.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions to production.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians.
