We are currently seeking an Executive – Quality with the following skills and qualifications:
Skills:
- Tests & Analysis
- HACCP, CCP
- ISO, FSSAI laws and standards
- GMP & Audits
- Daily Sensory Evaluation and random product quality checks
- Base Kitchen Audits and maintaining all required Quality documents required by FSSAI
- Conducting Hygiene round daily in each department and publishing the reports every week
- Helping departments to maintain their QA documents and monitoring them on a regular basis
- Checking on SOP implementation
- Conducting training of staff about Food Safety and Hygiene
- Raw materials inspection and rejection
- Awareness of FSMS and its implementation
- Good knowledge of testing (water/food)
- Internal Checks on Production and semi-prepared products
- Internal Audits of the outlets
- Positive attitude and good communication skills
Location: Delhi NCR
Education: Masters in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology
Experience: Food/Beverage Industry with a relevant degree
Salary: 2-3k LPA
Preferable male candidate.
