Key Responsibilities:
- Exploring Alternative Technical Approaches: Propose innovative solutions and provide technical advice to enhance laboratory and plant systems.
- Safety and Organization: Ensure a high degree of organization and strict adherence to laboratory safety requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvements in existing laboratory/plant systems and processes.
- Supporting Organizational Values: Demonstrate Fonterra’s core values and principles, actively supporting team goals and self-improvement initiatives.
- Training and Development: Engage in our excellent training and development culture to expand knowledge and experience in site operations and processes.
About You:
- Qualifications: Hold a Bachelor of Science or equivalent industrial qualification, with a solid understanding of experimentation instrumentation, analytical techniques, or laboratory operations.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Time Management: Demonstrate exceptional self and time management skills to meet project deadlines and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Team Player: Thrive in a team environment and contribute positively to maintaining a cohesive team dynamic across the site.
