Operations Supervisor:

Supervise and train operational staff.
Monitor performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Shift Controller:

Schedule and assign tasks to shift employees.
Monitor shift activities and address any issues that arise.
Maintain communication between shifts for seamless transitions.

Quality Executive:

Implement quality control procedures to ensure product integrity.

Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of production.
Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues.
