Qualification: B.Tech in Food Technology
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in the food industry with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
Location: Rajpura

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer requirements.
- Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain documentation of quality procedures, test results, and compliance records.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in food quality assurance.
