Position: Intern Food Technologist
Role:
- Research & Development: Engage in R&D activities and explore their applications in the food industry.
- Writing: Contribute to the creation of insightful and informative research articles.
- Food Safety: Assist in the development and implementation of food safety policies and procedures.
- Quality Testing: Conduct quality testing in accordance with FSSAI standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct experiments and analyze results to support product development.
- Collaborate with senior food technologists to innovate and improve food products.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Document findings and prepare detailed reports on research activities.
- Participate in team meetings and present research outcomes.
- Support the maintenance of lab equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Education: Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science/Technology or any related field.
