Position: Quality Manager
Department: Quality
Education: B-Tech./BE in Food Technology.
Experience: 15-20 years, ideally in the Ice Cream/Dairy/Frozen Food industry.
Location: Pune
Salary: Competitive, no limit for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee overall Plant Quality Assurance & Control.
- Manage document control and flow, including policies, SOPs, recipe specifications, Quality Manual, procedures, formats, and compliance with certification requirements.
- Handle deviations/complaints, conduct chemical/microbial analysis on raw materials, packaging material testing, ice cream mix testing, finished goods testing, and artwork management.
- Implement Process Quality CAPA, HACCP, FSSC 22000, FSSAI, and collaborate on New Product Specifications with the R&D Head.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, conduct food safety audits, and adhere to GMP standards.
- Coordinate AIB audits, Legal Metrology, and other relevant activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
