- Experience: Minimum 3 years
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Collaborate with departments to foster a positive work culture and employee engagement.
2. Front Desk Executive
- Experience: Minimum 1 year
- Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Technology proficiency.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus.
- Administrative support and Visitor Management.
