Position: Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or equivalent qualification.
Location: Rajkot
Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
- Develop staff schedules for optimal staffing levels.
- Monitor and manage food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Implement cost control methods to minimize expenses.
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Monitor employees to ensure adherence to operating standards.
- Provide reports on financial performance, inventory, and personnel.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in the food and beverage service industry.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a food handler certification card.
- Proficient in restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning, purchasing, sanitation, health codes, and security.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage operating costs within budget constraints.
- Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
