Position: Executive/Senior Executive – Inside Sales
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
About Us:
Join our dynamic team at Mukunda Foods, where we’re seeking a motivated Executive/Senior Executive for Inside Sales. As part of our sales and business development team, you’ll play a crucial role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth plans.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects in Andhra & Telangana, persuading them to adopt our product.
- Regularly follow up with leads and schedule demos at designated locations with the assistance of our after-sales team.
- Generate new business from existing and new channel partners, maintaining strong relationships.
- Develop and sustain demo partnerships in the assigned territory.
- Manage the complete sales cycle effectively, utilizing CRM tools for customer engagement and business generation.
- Ensure customer success and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-4 years of proven sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience.
- Educational qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented startup environment.
- Enthusiastic team player.
