Qualifications:
- B.Tech / M.Sc Food Technology
Vacancies: 04 (Production-2 & QA-2)
Experience: 0-5 years
Salary: Based on knowledge and experience
Key Highlights:
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Selected candidates will be required to work in shifts.
- Ability to handle manpower effectively.
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred for experienced candidates).
- Responsible for day-to-day production and QA activities.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to maintain product quality and safety standards.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor production staff to ensure efficient operation of production processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement team to ensure availability of raw materials and supplies.
- Prepare and maintain production reports and records to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning to address production issues and prevent recurrence.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by actively participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process optimization.
