Experience: 5 years+ in Dairy Industry
Knowledge: Production
We are urgently seeking a Plant Incharge for the night shift at our facility in Sehore. If you have a background in dairy production and possess the necessary experience, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the night shift operations of the dairy plant to ensure smooth production processes.
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of production staff to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Monitoring equipment performance and addressing any issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in dairy production.
- Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
