Urgent Opening at Prataap Snacks Limited
Position: QC/QA Manager
Number of Openings: 1
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Quality Control and Quality Assurance operations to ensure product quality and safety.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Train and supervise QC/QA staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and efficient in their roles.
- Investigate and address any quality-related issues or customer complaints, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes and address any quality concerns.
- Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities and prepare reports for senior management.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure continuous improvement of quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: M.Tech in Food
- Experience: Minimum of 7 to 8 years in the food industry
- Language: Preference given to candidates proficient in Gujarati
Salary:
