Position Details:
- Job Title: Sales Officer (SO)
- Location: Siliguri
- Experience Required:
- Must have experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector, particularly in food and beverages.
- Must be capable of appointing Super Stockists (SS) and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential areas for sales growth and new opportunities.
- Distributor Management: Appoint and manage Super Stockists (SS) and distributors to ensure effective distribution and market penetration.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
- Reporting: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Promotional Activities:
Plan and execute promotional activities to boost product visibility and sales.
- Feedback Collection: Gather market feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- Salary: ₹20,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Travel Allowance (TA) and Daily Allowance (DA)
