Responsibilities:
- Project manage the entire new product formulation cycle, ensuring a seamless progression through each stage.
- Stay at the forefront of global trends by consistently researching emerging bars worldwide.
- Explore alternative ingredients, characteristics, and methods, integrating innovative approaches into our products.
- Develop a comprehensive mechanization plan for efficient bar manufacturing.
- Identify and evaluate the technical requirements for constant automation, ensuring optimal equipment utilization.
- Maintain a continuous focus on automation and process improvement, unlocking new efficiencies.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Nutrition.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food processing industry.
- Passion for innovation and staying abreast of industry advancements.
