About the Role:
Ensure incoming packaging material meets Ferrero requirements and manage non-conformances during incoming or production stages. Timely sampling, analysis, and decision-making based on Ferrero standards. Minimize defects in packaging material at the shop floor and manage non-conformities according to procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Timely material release decisions in SAP, following applicable procedures and sampling/testing guidelines.
- Packaging Lab management, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and availability of procedures and guidelines.
- Manage non-conformities in packing materials, report in SAP, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) from vendors.
- Implement 5-S in Pkg Lab and adhere to safety standards.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Education: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Science/Packaging.
- Years of Experience: 4 to 7 years.
- Specific Knowledge: Knowledge of packaging materials and SAP.
