Location: Madhyamgram, West Bengal, India
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and development activities to innovate and improve tea products.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Train and mentor team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in BSc
- Master’s in Food Tech
- Proficiency in English Communication
- 1-3 years of experience in Research and as Quality Incharge (Tea Industry experience preferred)
Salary: Up to 2-2.5 LPA
