Position: QA Officer – Shift Lab Chemist

Educational Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
Experience: 2-4 years in Food/FMCG industry

Roles & Responsibilities:

Upgrading quality plans for raw materials and finished goods
Verifying and approving raw material, premix, and finished goods analysis reports
Handling lab instruments and validating analytical procedures
Receiving, investigating, and closing complaints with feedback, RCA, and CAPA
Generating lot-wise analysis reports and ensuring batching accuracy for in-process raw materials & finished products FIFO monitoring
Monitoring high-value raw materials for oxidation/heat generation
Implementing forward and backward traceability systems
Pre-dispatch checks of finished goods before loading

Validating and verifying CCPs (Critical Control Points)
Preparing Training Materials as per need identification
Planning and executing internal audits
Implementing and standardizing QC protocols (GMP, AOAC, AOCS, and ISO methods)
