Shift Lab Chemist Position at Godrej Agrovet Limited

We’re looking for dedicated professionals to fill the role of QA Officer – Shift Lab Chemist at our unit in Pollachi, Coimbatore District, Tamil Nadu.
Position: QA Officer – Shift Lab Chemist
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
- Experience: 2-4 years in Food/FMCG industry
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Upgrading quality plans for raw materials and finished goods
- Verifying and approving raw material, premix, and finished goods analysis reports
- Handling lab instruments and validating analytical procedures
- Receiving, investigating, and closing complaints with feedback, RCA, and CAPA
- Generating lot-wise analysis reports and ensuring batching accuracy for in-process raw materials & finished products FIFO monitoring
- Monitoring high-value raw materials for oxidation/heat generation
- Implementing forward and backward traceability systems
- Pre-dispatch checks of finished goods before loading
- Validating and verifying CCPs (Critical Control Points)
- Preparing Training Materials as per need identification
- Planning and executing internal audits
- Implementing and standardizing QC protocols (GMP, AOAC, AOCS, and ISO methods)
