Position: Production Manager
Qualifications:
- B. Tech/BE in Mechanical/Food/Production Engineering.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Production, specifically within the Food/Snacks Industry.
- Strong organizational and managerial skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to optimize workflow and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including procurement, quality control, and maintenance to ensure smooth production operations.
- Train and supervise production staff to maintain a high level of productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold product quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain production records and prepare reports on production performance and efficiency.
