Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize errors
- Conduct regular audits of production processes and product quality to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Train and mentor quality assurance staff to uphold standards of excellence
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
